Circl Mobility

Indoor Cycling

Similar to the spinning format but with different instructor certification guidelines. Group cycling classes are designed for all fitness levels. Every instructor creates their own ride profile so be sure to try several classes! Don’t forget a towel and water bottle and arrive early to reserve your bike!

AMP’D Strength

Using resistance bands and kettlebells for an ultimate workout experience with heart-pumping music for 60 minutes of calorie torching fun.

KICKSTART- Is a strength class with optional cardio circuits. Kimberly will walk you through the machines and show you how set up and use them properly. The actual individual circuit typically takes 20-30 minutes to complete therefore you can come and go within that hour time slot. Kimberly will be there to answer any questions as you go along, help with modifications, track your progress, and help set the equipment each time as needed. Perfect for those starting their fitness journey or advanced lifters who want help tracking their progress.

Strength Building

Group weight training using a variable weight barbell, hand weights and/or bands, challenging every major muscle group, ending with abs and a stretch. PowerFlex PLUS, will incorporate other equipment.

Silver Sneakers Stability

A class focused on stability exercises and fall prevention to maintain independence and confidence in everyday life.

A progressive approach to therapeutic yoga where we will blend classic yoga with the neuromuscular retraining of somatics.

Interval Strength Training

Interval training focused on full body strength circuits with some cardio mixed in to provide a well-rounded, calorie burning workout. Modifications and progressions will be provided for all levels.

Practice body alignment with beginner and intermediate classic yoga postures to maintain and restore a healthy spine.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga connects pranayama (breath) to asana (movement). The intention of this practice is to progressively open and engage the body in a series of flowing sequences that incorporates asanas in all planes of movement. All levels welcome.

Every Friday we offer a different class format allowing you to try out many different classes and make new friends! Friday Happy Hour Classes are FREE for members and only a $6 drop in fee for non members!
