Yoga Flow

Practice body alignment with beginner and intermediate classic yoga postures to maintain and restore a healthy spine.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga connects pranayama (breath) to asana (movement). The intention of this practice is to progressively open and engage the body in a series of flowing sequences that incorporates asanas in all planes of movement. All levels welcome.
