Group weight training using a variable weight barbell, hand weights and/or bands, challenging every major muscle group, ending with abs and a stretch. PowerFlex PLUS, will incorporate other equipment.
Have fun and move to the music with exercises to increase strength, range of movement weights, elastic tubing and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed.
Interval training focused on full body strength circuits with some cardio mixed in to provide a well-rounded, calorie burning workout. Modifications and progressions will be provided for all levels.
